  • If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return opened, used, and washed sheets within 45 days of receiving them. All sheets also come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

     EXCLUSIONS to Returns or Exchanges:

    •  Normal wear and tear.

    •  Using the product incorrectly.

    •  Stains, rips and discoloration caused by you over time.

    •  Minor imperfections, such as slight surface defects.

    •  Product damage caused directly by you.

    •  Damage caused by using the wrong cleaning methods or materials.


    WARRANTY CLAIMS must include photos of manufacturer's defect(s) and Sheets.com's care label. We validate claims at our sole discretion, based on the information supplied.

    If found defective, we'll replace your sheets after we receive your return. If a replacement is unavailable, we'll refund your original payment.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS CONTRACT AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

  • To start a Return or Exchange:

    Begin with our ingenious Convenient Parcel Return (CPR) portal. CPR must be used to ensure a smooth refund or exchange!!


    • All you need is the email address tied to your order.

    • Select eligible items to return or exchange and let us know your reason for sending them back.

    • Print out the shipping label or present your confirmation email at the carrier's location to have them print a label for your convenience.

    • A flat $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no fee for exchanges. 

    • You will receive an email notification once your package has been received and your items have been refunded or exchanged.


    • Returns are refunded in the original payment form.

    • Exchanges ship promptly upon receipt of your original item. Allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and processing.


    More info you didn’t realize was crucial:


    • We don't accept returns, exchanges or warranty claims for sheets not purchased at Sheets.com -- ONLY PACKAGES WITH A SHIPPING LABEL FROM OUR     CPR PORTAL WILL BE ACCEPTED.

    • Partial returns are not accepted; the complete sheet set must be returned to process your request.

    • Items not included in the return authorization will be forfeited.
